Being a family child care provider was the most rewarding work I have ever done. ~ It was also the hardest work I've ever done.
Despite incredibly long hours, ridiculously low compensation and very little public support, when the children go home at the end of the day, family child care providers are still working, attending classes and trainings, and making improvements so that they can provide the highest quality care possible to the children in their programs. I am truly honored to have the opportunity to work with family child care providers.
